NeTTUN WP8 focuses on the modelling of global tunnelling project risk by improving existing DAT software. BG contribution to this task are mainly:

to manage global coordination of WP8
to share its experience in underground projects and especially in large tunnelling projects such as Loetschberg basis tunnel in Switzerland (approx. 35 km long) or Lyon – Turin basis tunnel project (approx. 57 km long). This practical experience will be useful to guide research towards solutions which can be used on future projects.
