Dr. Thomas Camus is Manager of the Research and Development department for NFM. Prior to this Thomas Camus was Project Director in automated machinery, consultant in Technical Innovation (R&D management, cost reduction, problem solving), engineering manager and initially design engineer. He holds a degree in Electronics and Mechanical Engineering, and a Ph.D. from the University of Paris. He has 30 years experience including 20 in multidisciplinary projects management and development in an international context. Dr. Thomas Camus is the Project Manager for the NeTTUN project.

Gilbert Fontanille is the Technical Officer at NFM, where he manages teams totalling 70 people, specialising in mechanics, computational structural mechanics, hydraulics, electrical engineering, and process automation. He has pioneered the development of TBMs since the foundation of NFM in the early 90’s. Gilbert Fontanille graduated from the French National Institute of Applied Sciences (INSA Lyon) in mechanical engineering. Gilbert will provide technical guidance to the NeTTUN project and will be the NFM Partner Representative for the Project General Assembly.

Alexandre Taboulet is part of the core R & D team at NFM Technologies and is a Mechanical Engineer. Prior to this Alexandre held positions as Mechanical Designer in heavy handling and lifting equipment, Design Engineer for geotechnical and post-tensioning systems,  and Creative for an industrial design agency. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and also a Masters in Industrial Design. For NeTTUN, Alexandre is in charge of mechanical integration issues for WP3 and WP4, he is also involved on WP7.

Dr. Salam Moubarak is the R&D Engineer at NFM Technologies in charge of developing new solutions integrating robotics in Tunnel Boring Machines for the NeTTUN Project. Formerly, he worked on the design, modeling and control of exoskeleton technologies as Project Engineer. He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree, a Masters in Automation, Robotics and Signal Processing from École Centrale de Nantes, and a Ph.D. in Robotics from the French National Institute of Applied Sciences (INSA Lyon). He has 5 years experience in multidisciplinary European projects.

Anne Gourdon joined the NeTTUN team at NFM, as Project Support Officer in October 2013. She previously used to work as Personal Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer at NFM Technologies.
