Ing. Ralph Reijnen, Project leader and coordinator of this project within MI-Partners. Ralph Reijnen has 11 years of experience in the design of high-tech systems and in leading complex technology projects.

Ir. Rob Jenneskens, Senior mechanical designer. Rob Jenneskens has 5 years of experience in the design of mechatronic systems. He was the main designer of the seismic source  that was developed in 2010.

Dr. Ronald Faassen, System Architect. Ronald Faassen has a PhD in mechanical engineering and has 10 years of experience in dynamics and the design of mechatronic systems. He has worked for Philips and ASML before joining MI-Partners.

Dr. Dick Laro, System architect. Dick Laro has a PhD in mechatronics and has extensive experience in designing electromagnetic actuators and systems. Predictive modelling of dynamic systems is his key competence.

Dr. Theo Ruijl, Senior system architect. Theo Ruijl has over 20 years of experience in designing high-tech mechatronic equipment for diverse market sectors. He has an international reputation and is a key system architect in the Dutch high-tech industry.

Ing. Leo Sanders, Consultancy. Leo Sanders worked for over 25 years in the Dutch high-tech industry. His basic role was system architecture and innovation management. After leading groups of over 100 highly qualified employees he started his own company MI-Partners.

Prof. Dr. Jan van Eijk, Consultancy. Jan van Eijk has worked for over 25 years in the Dutch high-tech industry, resulting in being CTO for Philips Mechatronics in 2002. He is recognised as an international authority in the field of mechatronics. Previously, he held the chair for Advanced Mechatronics at Delft University of Technology.
