Mrs Valérie Bertrand received a Doctoral degree in electronics from the University of Limoges, in 1996. She is currently an Engineer in the centre of technology transfer CISTEME, Brive La Gaillarde, France. She is manager of the Ultra Wide Band activity. She works in the field of optoelectronic device conception for a concept of multisource impulse radar, design of ultra-wideband antennas for radar and high power microwave systems and transient measurement applications.

Sébastien Reynaud received an engineering degree in telecommunications from the ENSIL School in 2002 and a Doctoral degree in electronics from the University of Limoges, in 2006. He is currently an Engineer in the centre of technology transfer CISTEME in Limoges, France. He is manager of the Propagation activity and code development. He works in the field of electromagnetic simulation of various systems, particularly for radar applications.
